Elements of Style

My card this week was inspired both by this weeks sketch challenge & the lovely Miss Teneale. I decided I would send this card to my beautiful Aunty D who is undergoing chemo & as her favourite colour is blue the colour choice was easy. I also love how easy it is to achieve colour success using the colour coach from Stamp'in Up!.

After hours of watching the video from convention of Teneale demonstrating her Bow technique, I think I've got it!

The products used to create this card include: Stamp sets- Elements of Style, French Foliage & Thanks for caring. Cardstock: Marina mist, Very vanilla, Night of navy & Certainly celery. Stain ribbon, the ribbon punch, Versa mark & embossed with clear embossing powder, the beautiful wings embosslit & to add a touch of softness some pearls.

Let me know what you think by leaving a comment:

Thanks for stopping by.........

  7. Lovely card...I especially like the stamping off method used for the first set of flowers in the circle before you stamped in the foreground with your focal image. The butterflies decorated with mini-pearls are a nice touch.
