INKspired Blog Hop #35
Hi Everyone,
For this week's INKspired Sketch I wanted to share a pretty card I did using the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper and a sentiment from Birthday Blooms Stamp Set out of the Occasions Catalogue. I know I go on a bit about how Stampin' Up! products co-ordinate with each other, but it's really true. They take the guess work out, so anyone even a beginner who has never stamped before can create simply beautiful cards in no time at all!
If you have just arrived from here from my super talented Stampin' Buddy Marl's that means you have already seen some of the cards using the following sketch designed by Teneale Williams.

This weeks Sketch
Here is my Card.... I hope you like it.
If you look closely you will see that I have sanded the edge of the DSP, this was a little tip I learnt from Teneale to add a little softness to our cards. I sponged the oval in Pool Party to tie in with the beautiful Pool Party Glitter Ribbon. The little flower was punch out of the DSP using the flower punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I then added a little more bling to the centre of the flower using a Rhinestone Basic jewel.
That's it for now... I hope you enjoyed our BlogHop today.
If I can help you with any of your stamping needs please don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help.

ReplyDeleteGreat card, lovely DSP Paper and one of my most favourite stamp set, great card.
ReplyDeleteReally love this cheery card and I agree about the way Stampin Up products coordinate so well. The little things (like sanding edges) make a big difference to the finished product as well.
